Below are the committee positions we have available. If you would like to join, make sure you know the requirements and fill out the form below. You are more than welcome to join more than one committee if you'd like to be even more involved!
Join a Committee
Do you have an eye for creativity? Are you great at graphic design, or love social media? If so, the publicity committee would be perfect for you. As a member of the publicity committee you will be asked to get SBE's name out, whether that be through social media, flyers, etc.

Do you have a knack for a certain subject that some students have difficulty with? The education committee aims to help students with those hard classes. If you excel in a class that is required for biotech majors and are a good teacher, be sure to join our education committee.

The volunteering committee's aim is to help set up and run SBE's volunteering events. As a member of the volunteering committee, you will be asked to research volunteer opportunities in the Houston area to find what we can participate in as a group, and you will be asked to volunteer at events.

SBE's fundraising committee is dedicated to raising money to our organization. As a member of the fundraising committee, you will be asked to help run all sales that go towards our organization's activities. You may be asked to help obtain sponsorship from companies and find out other creative ways of running money for our organization.
